Youth Angel Fund

FamilyMeans Youth Program SoccerFamilyMeans Youth Development program serves the communities of Cimarron and Landfall. These communities have some of the lowest income levels in Minnesota. We have found that many youth are unable to participate in after-school sports or extracurricular activities because the cost is too high for their families.

The Youth Angel Fund holds money for youth in the program to use throughout the year in times of need. FamilyMeans Youth Development staff members work with the youth participants to determine need.

Sample fund requests include:

Extracurricular Activities

  • Sports Gear
  • Instruments
  • Activity Fees

Growth and Development

  • Driver's Training
  • Education Opportunities

Emergent Family Needs

  • Illness
  • Loss of Income

Gifts to the Youth Angel Fund can be made using our secure online donation page or noting it in the memo line of a check mailed or dropped off to FamilyMeans. Thank you.
