The FamilyMeans Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a contracted service by an employer and offered as a benefit to its employees.

It is designed to assist an employee in managing the impact of personal and work-related challenges that affect overall well-being and, inevitably, on-the-job performance.

  • Financial Solutions
  • Caregiving & Aging
  • Legal Consultation referrals 

All services are strictly confidential.  Employers are provided workplace-wide statistical data, never individual employee information.
