A benefit offered by employers, the FamilyMeans Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a support for employees. Offering access to our Caregiving & Aging, Counseling & Therapy, and Financial Solutions programs, as well as legal consultation referrals.

The FamilyMeans EAP is designed to assist in managing the impact of personal and work-related challenges that affect employee overall well-being and inevitably, on-the-job-performance.

All EAP services are strictly confidential. Employers are provided with workplace-wide statistical data, never individual information.
