What is the dress code?

The dress code is cocktail attire.To us, that means dressing up a bit! This is a celebration after all!

 

Where is JX Venue and where should I park?

JX Venue is located at: 123 2nd Street North, Stillwater, MN 55082

The Stillwater Public Parking Garage is located across the street from JX Venue and has parking for 250 cars. Note that the parking in the garage does have a small fee.This garage is located at 200 2^nd Street North. In addition, there are many street parking spaces available surrounding the event space.

 

What is the event timeline?

6:00pm- Cocktail Hour

7:00pm- Meal Served

7:45pm- Program Begins

8:30pm- Closing Remarks

 

When does the silent auction begin and end?

The silent auction is completely online. It opens Monday, April 1^st at 12pm and closes Thursday, April 4^th at 7:45pm. Guests of the event and those not in person can bid on auction items using the online platform.

 

I won an auction item!  How will I receive it?

Any auction items won by in-person attendees will be purchased and taken home at the end of the event.  Instructions will be shared at the event on how to check out and pick up your items before leaving. If you participated from home, we will contact you the week after the event to arrange pick-up or delivery of items. 

 

What is included with the purchase of a ticket?

Each ticket includes admission to the in-person event.  The event will include a cocktail hour with appetizers and cash bar, your choice of dinner entrée and dessert, a brief program and live auction.

$50 of each ticket is a tax deductible donation to FamilyMeans. The remaining $50 is for the event meal cost.

Entrée Options include:

• Roasted braised beef with gravy, with house salad, garlic mashed potatoes, and roasted vegetables (Gluten Free)
• Bruschetta chicken, with house salad, garlic mashed potatoes, and roasted vegetables (Gluten Free)
• Autumn butternut squash ravioli with asparagus, sun dried tomatoes & garlic cream sauce with salad (Vegetarian)

 

Will there be food options if I have dietary restrictions?

Yes!  Our appetizers and dinner entrées include options that are gluten free and vegetarian:

Gluten free entrée:  Bruschetta chicken, garlic mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables and salad

Vegetarian entrée: Autumn butternut squash ravioli with asparagus, sun dried tomatoes & garlic cream sauce with salad.
