Counseling means hope.
School-Based Mental Health
FamilyMeans provides school-based mental health services in the following education districts:
- Stillwater 834
- North St. Paul/Maplewood/Oakdale 622
- New Richmond
We provide outpatient counseling services in school buildings for students and their families in the form of individual, family, and group counseling. We offer support through a wide variety of issues such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, and much more.
During COVID-19 our school-based clinicians continue to serve children, teens, and their families. As we begin the 2020-2021 school year, our clinicians will continue to offer sessions virtually, to ensure safety of all. Limited in-person sessions will be available as needed. The clinicians will offer flexibility in scheduling so as to have the least disruption to your child or teen's learning day.
Click each district link below to see the back to school plan for each district in fall 2020.
In addition to counseling sessions, FamilyMeans school-based staff provide in-school trainings to staff and/or parents within our partner school districts. Click here to view the training topics that are readily available to you.
If your school district is not listed, but you are interested in learning more about our school-based services and training opportunities please call us atl 651-439-4840.
