FamilyMeans is celebrating our 60th Anniversary! We welcome you to bring your family, friends, and colleagues to spend the evening with our staff and leadership members! Stop in any time between 4pm - 7pm to learn more about FamilyMeans, the services we provide, and our impact on those within our communities. Help us celebrate this AMAZING milestone!

What is FamilyMeans?

FamilyMeans is a multi-service, nonprofit organization that was founded in 1963. We are funded by grants, donations, and client fees. FamilyMeans is headquartered in Stillwater, Minnesota, with branch offices located througout the Twin Cities metro area, southeastern Minnesota, and western Wisconin.

Our work is life's challenges. We listen without judgement, offer encouragement, and believe in you when when you might not.

What to expect?

We welcome guests into our main office location to learn about FamilyMeans programs with interactive tables for each of our service areas. Tour our newly updated building, purchase dinner from the delicious Smug Pug food truck, then indulge in free Nelson’s Ice Cream while you enjoy live music from local musician Dave Burkhart. Plenty of fun for kids as well with a bounce house and games!

RAIN OR SHINE! If it is nice out, much of the activities will be held in the front lawn of the agency. If we have rain, we will move the event inside.

Where do I park?

Onsite parking will be available in the main lot in front of the building. We ask that you park on the East end of the FamilyMeans' parking lot to allow adequate space for our food trucks, tables, and live music (follow the signs).

Will there be food?

Yes! The Smug Pug food truck will be here serving up delicious food! Click here to see their Facebook page! They have soups, sandwiches, and tacos, as well as an assortment of beverages. Be sure to stop by our FamilyMeans information table to recieve your voucher for a free item from Smug Pug! Free dessert is sponsored by Collin's Electric! Enjoy a variety of flavors from Nelson's Ice Cream!
