Center for Grief & Loss: Independently Contracted Psychotherapist
FamilyMeans Center for Grief & Loss in St. Paul, MN is seeking a skilled psychotherapist to join our team of passionate, genuine, and creative therapists who are committed to the clients and community we serve. The Center provides outpatient mental health services to individual adults and children, couples, and families with a specialty in complicated grief and trauma.
The ideal candidate for this position has interest and experience in working with complicated grief and trauma, experience in an outpatient clinical setting, and is skilled with clinical assessment, treatment planning, and psychotherapy. A therapist skilled in working with SPMI and co-occurring mental health and SUD is a plus!
This is an independent contractor position, allowing you flexibility with your schedule and client hours. This position is a hybrid of in-person and telehealth and allows flexibility to do some work from home. Experienced, Licensed Professional; LP, LICSW, LMFT, or LPCC.
The pay for this position is at a rate of 60-65% of revenue generated, based upon clinician experience and skills. The % that goes to FamilyMeans covers the following and more: furnished office space on historic Grand Ave in St. Paul; referrals generated by the agency; access to group consultation; access to individual consultation to grow clinical skills and receive support; comprehensive EHR for charting and billing; billing service; secure telehealth platform, Wi-Fi; and phone system.
