A special thank you..
FamilyMeans Caregiving & Aging and Youth Development staff thank everyone who took the time to complete a survey for this project. We thank the youth who helped make this project successful by obtaining surveys, going door to door, and making meaningful connections with those in their communities.
Our research partner has been HACER, an advocacy-driven, Latine-specific non-profit research organization focused on addressing the lack of information about the Latine community, as well as Latine issues in Minnesota’s public discourse.
Thank you for sharing your voices! Do you have more feedback to share as we plan together for the future? Contact FamilyMeans, bwiggins@familymeans.org or 651-439-4840.
