Financial Solutions Operations Manager - Internal Only

The purpose of this position is to manage the Financial Solutions Operations department as well as perform the functions of Client of Account Representative and Client Support Agent.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:                                                          

Supervise Client Support Agent(s) & Client Account Representative(s).

  • Screen and select new staff as needed.
  • Provide training and support. Manage and monitor performance.
  • Distribute work and workloads.

Ensure deadlines are met and procedures mitigate risk for the program, agency assets and reputation.

  • Software Administrator (assist/support Director)
  • Support Director in compiling program statistics.
  • Develop and maintain operating procedures, policies and training materials.
  • Ensure that deposits, disbursements, and proposal functions are completed on a timely basis.

Provide direct service; DMP support to meet program and client needs.

  • Able to perform all procedures associated with the life of the dmp.
  • Understand the process of intake and scheduling

Other Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide back-up support to the Director of Financial Solutions.

Function effectively as a team member of the Financial Solutions Management team.

Qualifications:

Required: A bachelor’s or an associate degree in business or finance or an equivalence of at least five years’ experience in the Credit Counseling industry. 

Preferred: At least two years of supervisory experience is strongly preferred. Customer service experience is highly desirable.

This position is officed in Stillwater MN, in the cubicle area within the FS Operations workspace.

Location: Stillwater, MN, in-office with the ability to work from home one day per week once effective in role. 

Schedule: This is a full-time role with day-time hours, actual schdule to be decided with Hiring Manager

Pay: $55,000-$64,000   This will also be calcualted based on your years of experience.
