Dear Friends, 

In the spring of 2025, we embarked on a thoughtful planning process to chart the course of the agency for the next three years. Guided by our mission, informed by community support requests, and inspired by the dedication of our staff and board, we have created a plan that strengthens FamilyMeans' ability to serve individuals and families in our community through life's challenges.

This plan reflects not only the needs of our community but also the aspirations of those who believe in our work. It positions us to continue offering high-quality programs in Caregiving & Aging, Counseling & Therapy, Financial Solutions, and Youth Development, always with professionalism, compassion, and integrity. 

We are energized by the vision we have set forth and excited about the opportunities ahead. Together, we will walk alongside clients in their most difficult moments, providing hope, support, and a safe space when life feels uncertain.
