Community Connection is a program for individuals with early stage dementia or memory loss. The program aims to break the stigmas of dementia and explore new possibilities.
The Spring 2020 session was led by COMPAS artist and Director of the Alzheimer's Poetry Project-MN, Zoë Bird, and FamilyMeans Dementia Program Coordinator, Heidi Ricks.
