In the rapidly changing landscape of COVID-19, we are heeding the CDC’s recommendation that any gathering planned over 10 people in the next 8+ weeks be postponed. For the health of our community, we have decided to reschedule our 12th Annual Power of the Purse from April 19 to Sunday, September 27, 2020, 11am-2pm at JX. Any current ticket holders will be honored at that time; if you have not purchased a ticket yet you can still do so.
Our committee has been working diligently to select special purses and plan a beloved fundraiser. Our vendors are accommodating our change. Our incredible sponsors support this decision and will be with us in the fall.
The health and safety of our guests is paramount for FamilyMeans, as are the people we serve across our core programs. Over the past five decades we have continued to be a resource for those facing challenges, and are deeply grateful to those who help us make that happen. Questions?
