St. Croix Garden Tour, 50 Stories for 50 Years

Are you looking for that perfect Mother’s Day gift? If your someone special enjoys plants, flowers and the chance to be outdoors, look no further. Tickets for FamilyMeans’ 22nd annual St. Croix Garden Tour are now on sale just in time for Mother’s Day!

Did you know the first-ever St. Croix Garden Tour was planned to commemorate FamilyMeans’ 30th anniversary as an agency? That was 22 years ago!

This year’s garden tour takes place Saturday, July 12 and Sunday, July 13 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. in Stillwater and the surrounding area.

Some of the features on this year’s tour will include gardens that feature hardscapes, sculptures and even a miniature railway. There are vegetation and flower gardens, and fairy gardens have become popular features in the past couple of years – adding a touch of whimsy. There are new surprises each year, and something to appeal to everyone. And, as always, master gardeners are present at each garden to answer your questions.

Tickets are $15 per person if purchased in advance; tickets are $20 per person the weekend of the event. Children ages 12 and younger are free.

The St. Croix Garden Tour event proceeds support FamilyMeans, a nonprofit that provides counseling and mental health services; grief and loss therapy; collaborative divorce; financial counseling services; caregiver support; youth enrichment programs; and an employee assistance program. FamilyMeans provides support to more than 23,000 people each year.
