FamilyMeans has been named to the Star Tribune's Top 100 Workplaces in Minnesota for 2013.

The announcement was made Sunday, June 16, in the Sunday edition of the Star Tribune's paper. Companies are chosen based on an employee-based survey project. The survey has been conducted for 22 years to recognize the top 100 most progressive companies in Minnesota each year based on employee surveyed responses gauging organizational health, job expectations, and employee engagment. The survey this year tallied responses from over 64,300 employees spread throughout Minnesota's public, private, and non-profit sector. FamilyMeans is ranked 39th overall on the list of small companies for 2013.

FamilyMeans President, Arba-Della Beck, said FamilyMeans wouldn't have reached this point without the "passion for doing things well, focusing on the best possible client care, and [having staff be] a helpful member of a team."

FamilyMeans receives the Top 100 Workplaces award during the year they celebrate their 50th anniversary as an organization, making 2013 a banner year.
