STILLWATER, Minn., April 15, 2011 – FamilyMeans offers a variety of programs at its Stillwater location throughout the year that focus on a person's well-being.

Smart Divorce Decisions: Learn Your Options is a one-hour session for people contemplating separation or divorce. Often times when people get to this point, they are wondering:
What is right for me?
What steps do I take?
What information do I need to know?

Smart Divorce Decisions takes place the third Thursday of each month from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. The session is free. Call Amanda at (651) 789-4007 at least 24 hours in advance to register.

Children's Divorce Group provides a therapeutic support group geared to help children adjust to separation, divorce or a change in custody.

Children will learn how to manage difficult and confusing emotions; manage anger and conflict effectively; increase comfort with two-home families; integrate more easily with step-parents and new siblings; and improve communication.

For more information or to register your child, contact FamilyMeans by calling (651) 439-4840. Private pay and insurance are accepted.

Women's Support Group is a supportive therapy group to help women feel better about themselves. Attendees will learn to identify their personal feelings, wants and needs; trust their instincts and intuitions; identify personal traps that interfere with their serenity; and set limits and communicate them respectively.

For more information or to register, contact Jody with FamilyMeans by calling (651) 789-4030. Private pay and insurance are accepted.
